Animal Abuse, The Prologue
Summer; such a wonderful season. Warm weather; kids laughing and playing; people walking their dogs. Happiness is bountiful, but it’s all a lie. The sun; it masks the hatred and sorrow; the pain that so many must suffer through. I am just like them. My life has been nothing short of hell. And it all began that summer eight years ago...
The castle was large; about the size of the castle of any king. It was made mostly of cobblestone and had towers in each corner. The entire castle was surrounded by a twenty foot wall. My dad, Draxthar Bloodwake, Drax for short, had built this fortress like castle to keep out the “knights” or others who wanted to slay him. He was an evil dragon after all. Drax longed for me to follow in his footsteps, but I lacked the darkness he craved. He would teach me of darkness and dark magic, but I never really paid attention. When his lessons ended I would go up to my room and take my short swords to practice on the dummy in my room.

Devotion to a Friend
You've been my friend for a very long time. Basically to the point where I can't remember where I went from extremely disliking you and your attitude to admiring who you are. We've came a long ways to now. I still look at you as my buddy. No one can take that place. You will always be my only buddy. I know I don't say anymore but I do try to fit it in without being weird. Sometimes you don't make it easy but the way I feel hasn't changed. It has only flourished from a small plant to a living tree. I know we don't play games like we used to but life rips at people and change is there. You will always be my Budddy through the worst and even in
A skull lay on the desert sand. Old, brown, cracked and discarded, not far from the skull was another skull, and another, and another and next to that a whole skeleton. Littered all over the desert were the bones of fallen warriors, explorers, bandits, treasure hunters and thrill seekers. And not just the bones of humans, but dragons, beasts, ogres, elves and even automatons. Skeletons of creatures so large and mighty that one could walk right through them. There were the corpses of outdated war machines some the size of small animals and some large enough to destroy small armies.
Past all the corpses and wreckages lay an ancient stone bridg
Hello, followers! (those few of you who remain and eagerly await any updates from me lol)
While I have been silent for quite a few months in regards to submitting new works, I have been writing-ish.
I'm in the process of running a Dungeons and Dragons 5th edition game of my own design! Exciting, right?
In the following days, weeks, and months, I will be posting information from that world and campaign as they're completed and run by my gaming group.
I will start either this afternoon or tomorrow with information I've compiled about the world so far and the personalized introductions I did for each of my players (alllllllll 6 of them lol)

The Hotel Was Filled With Paintings
The desk clerk didn’t turn his head when I saw him. He did look at me though.
“Can I help you sir?”
“Do you have any rooms?”
“All our rooms are available.” His voice dropped on the floor as he talked.
I took a moment to look around the room. Each wall seemed to be lighted in the same way. Each object’s placement seemed intentional. It would be impossible to avoid feeling out of place.
“I’d like a room on the first floor, please.”
“I’m sorry, sir, but all our rooms are on the top floor.” The clerk’s head had not moved once yet. His head faced in a dif
It’s so cold, there’s frost on everything. I’m sure that if I was outside, I’d be able to see millions of frost flowers. They’d be pretty, but a reminder that I’m dying at the same time.
It’s so cold, every time I exhale, I see snow. Does he want me to freeze to death? It sure looks, and feels like I’m going to freeze.
It’s so cold, that if it were to rain, it’d be snow and ice. I’m getting sick and tired of these frosty walls. Now I know how meat feels…
It’s so cold, I can’t feel anything. My fingers are blue. Is this the end?
It’s so cold, the tea

Shivers And Goosebumps
As the cold of winter settles in
And mother bear climbs in her den
We start our fires, cozy and warm
And lay back, differ to the norm
Outside the windows freeze with frost
Crystallized wonders that make us lost
The chills and feels tease like a kidder
But are nothing more than kindly shivers
The cold; it does not bother me
Coats and heat are not the key
The most I'd ever make of a jump
Is the strange sight of tiny goosebumps
Shivers and Goosebumps
Crawling up my arm, on my spine
Chattering my teeth, forming a line
For I love to experience them
The shivers and goosebumps
